Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry, starting her career in administration at a mortgage broking firm before quickly earning her broker accreditation.
With a keen eye for thoughtful and creative solutions, Rebecca specialises in helping clients map out their financial future through tailored mortgage strategies that align with their long-term goals. She is known for her ability to navigate complex lending scenarios with clarity, precision, and care.
Rebecca ensures every client experience is smooth and seamless, guiding clients through the lending process with warmth, compassion, and clear communication. Her personalised approach means clients feel supported, informed, and confident at every stage.
Outside of work, Rebecca is a mum to two beautiful children, a keen traveller, an investor, and a passionate choir singer, bringing balance, perspective, and genuine understanding to her work with clients.

Colbi joined the Visionary Finance team in 2021 and has since developed strong expertise across home loan and personal loan processes. Her deep understanding of lender requirements and ever-changing policies makes her a vital part of the team.
Known for her keen attention to detail and creative problem-solving, Colbi is often referred to as our resident detective. She works behind the scenes to ensure applications are accurate, thorough, and progressing smoothly.
With a broad background in customer service, Colbi ensures every client interaction is friendly, clear, and supportive. She takes pride in helping deliver a seamless experience from application through to settlement.
