Rebecca brings over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, beginning her career in administration at a mortgage broking firm before quickly earning her broker accreditation. Her depth of experience gives her a practical understanding of the finance landscape from every angle, allowing her to confidently support clients across a wide range of lending situations.

Known for her thoughtful and strategic approach, Rebecca works closely with clients to map out lending solutions that align with their real lives and long-term goals. She takes the time to understand each client’s broader financial picture, helping structure loans in a way that supports both their immediate needs and their future plans.

Rebecca is committed to creating a lending experience that feels calm, clear and well supported. Clients value her steady guidance and open communication throughout the process, helping them feel informed, reassured and confident in the decisions they make.

Outside of work, Rebecca is a mum of two, a keen traveller, a property investor and a passionate choir singer. These roles bring balance and perspective to her work, along with a genuine understanding of the many moving parts in family life and the importance of thoughtful financial planning.

Colbi Halcro

Colbi joined the team in 2021, handpicked by Rebecca to step into a pivotal support role as the business evolved. She quickly immersed herself in mortgage broking, developing a strong understanding of lending processes and becoming a reliable, reassuring presence for clients from application through to settlement.

Known for her precision and problem solving skills, Colbi works diligently behind the scenes to ensure every application is accurate, complete and progressing smoothly. She takes pride in managing the finer details that contribute to seamless approvals and timely settlements.

With a background in customer service, Colbi brings warmth and attentiveness to every interaction. She adapts to each client’s preferred communication style, whether that means a detailed update or a quick call to clarify next steps, and she goes the extra mile to resolve uncertainties so clients feel genuinely supported throughout the process.

Away from the office, Colbi enjoys creative hobbies including sewing, painting and reading, and is a devoted cat mum. Growing up watching her parents steadily build long term wealth through property gave her an appreciation for the impact thoughtful financial decisions can have on a family’s future. That perspective shapes the care she brings to her work each day, with a belief that finance should feel supportive and empowering.
